Scrapfest 2015 (Spartan Warrior)

Another Scrapfest build is in the history book . My TEAM "Iron in the blood" submitted the "Spartan Warrior" shown below. It was a lot of hot forging work, but the end result was worth it.

Second sculpture in Elk Rapids

A little slow on the uptake,  but "On the Ledge" has been installed - the second of my creations up north. I now have a piece anchoring both ends of the park. Beautiful place.... Elk Rapids Day Park.   If you are up vacationing visit the park and peek at my sculptures, of coarse.

My weekend working with Dan (Black Iron Forge) and Derrick Bliss (Hot Fire Forge) on a custom made exterior railing. Don't try this at home.

Measured a set of interior railings with a handrail last night. Replacing the dated wood with custom iron that is going to enhance this beautiful contemporary house. Stay tuned...

Well, the jobs are trickling in from our presence at the Lansing Home & Garden show. Handrails... straight and curved, simple and beautiful. Other leads are developing too, so stay tuned.

Awards

In addition to creating the Valentine lily that weekend, I knocked out three more awards... taking over the dinner table one night to finish them. Lots of drilling holes and grinding, but the end product always makes it worth it!

Valentines for the lady(s)

Valentine for the lady(s) in my life. My wife is the beautiful lily in full bloom, and the buds are the daughters she gave me. Love em all!
